Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 2025

Welcome to CasinoLaunchPad. These Terms of Service govern your use of our white label casino platform services. By engaging with our consultation process or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

CasinoLaunchPad provides turnkey solutions for launching licensed online casino operations. Our services include software platform access, licensing consultation, payment integration, and compliance support. We do not operate casinos directly - we empower you to run your own.

What we deliver:

  • White label casino software platform
  • Regulatory compliance guidance for your jurisdiction
  • Payment processing integration
  • Technical support and maintenance
  • Game content partnerships

Your Responsibilities

You are the license holder and operator. That means you handle player relations, customer support, marketing, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. We provide the tools - you run the business.

You agree to:

  • Obtain and maintain all required gambling licenses
  • Comply with local gambling laws and regulations
  • Implement responsible gambling measures
  • Verify player age and identity per legal requirements
  • Handle all tax obligations in your operating region

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon contract signing. Monthly platform fees begin when your casino goes live. Revenue share percentages are outlined in your specific service agreement. We don't do refunds on setup work already completed - this isn't a software purchase, it's a business partnership.

Intellectual Property

The platform software remains our property. You get a license to use it. Your branding, content, and player data belong to you. Game content comes from third-party providers under separate licensing terms.

Liability Limitations

We provide software and consulting - not legal advice. You're responsible for ensuring your operation complies with applicable laws. We're not liable for regulatory issues, player disputes, or business outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. You keep access to player data for regulatory record-keeping. Outstanding fees remain due. If you breach licensing requirements or payment terms, we can terminate immediately.

Changes to Terms

We update these terms occasionally as regulations evolve. Material changes get 30 days notice. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
